Vendor: Food/Drink Vendor or Non-Food Vendor (Business Promotion Only)
Booth Fee: $500 upfront (non-refundable) to confirm booth reservation.*
Revenue Share: 20% of gross sales from event day payable to the organizing team. The vendor doing the highest sales (not counting the Alcohol vendor) will receive 5% of their gross sales credited back to them as a reward.*
POS System : Provided by AtVen POS, a third-party POS provider contracted by the organizing team. Designed for high-volume, cashless transactions. Accepts Apple/Google Pay, Debit/Credit Cards, and TapPay. *
POS System : Vendors will not incur credit card processing fees. Sales will be deposited into vendor’s bank account within 3-5 business days after the event, minus the 20% share. Each vendor will receive a personal login to monitor sales. AtVenue's staff will assist with menu creation, training, and on-site technical support.*
Prohibited Practices : Use of personal POS systems, mobile POS apps, or acceptance of cash is strictly forbidden. Any vendor found bypassing the provided POS system will be immediately removed from the venue. Security cameras will monitor each booth. AtVenue POS and organizing team staff may conduct routine checks.*
Booth Setup: Provided: 10x10 booth, table, chairs, tent lights, power for fridge/freezer/POS. Setup begins at 11:00 AM; vendors must be ready to serve by 1:00 PM. The city of Irving will inspect booths for health compliance before service begins.*
