Please fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form below to express your interest to have a booth at MoMo Festival 2025. This form is not a booth reservation form. You do not have to be a registered business to sell food at the event. Individuals are also able to reserve booth, and sell foods or their services. We will guide you through the process of getting a one day permit from the City of Irving Health Department. 
 
    •    Once we receive your EOI, we will reach out to you for further information. 
    •    Approval decision will be based on whether your booth is appropriate for the festival. 
    •    We encourage everyone (Food & Non-Food) to apply now. Please note, we will only have 15 food booths this year. 
    •    Once approved, you will have to make the booth payment to confirm your reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel yours, and give it to the next vendor in our waiting-list. 
    •    If you prefer a better location for your booth, remember to make the payment and do the booth reservations sooner that way you will have the opportunity to select the booth space at your preferred location. Booth selections are first-come-first basis. 
    •    The booth price you pay includes: a 10X10 booth/tent with a table, a chair, and a tent light. The labor cost associated with the tent set-up, delivery, set-up, strike down after the event, and pick up is also included. Additionally, Generator and power outlet will be provided to our food vendors with no-additional cost. Please bring your own extension cords. 
    •    Booth Price for Non-Food Vendors, who dont plan to sell anything from their booth is $1,000. 
    •    Food/Drink Vendors: $500 (paid upfront when confirming the booth reservation) plus 20% of their total gross sales (processed post event). 
    •    All booth are same size.
